HILL FARMS STATE OFFICE
Completed in 2018, the Hill Farms State Office Building is a nine-story facility with approximately 600,000 gross square feet of office space serves as the workplace for approximately 1,200 employees from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Administration, along with 800 employees from various other state agencies. Featuring open office spaces, private offices, kitchen areas, and conference rooms, the building also includes a 1,700-car parking garage designed to support the evolving needs of Wisconsin’s state agencies.
